Ask ten locals where to live in Chilliwack and you will get ten answers. It helps to know that the city is really five different kinds of places. Start with the one that fits how you want to live, then narrow it down.

Separate towns close by that Chilliwack buyers often weigh up. Lake living, resort living and quiet village life.

4 neighbourhoods and 165 homes for sale right now: Cultus Lake, Agassiz, Popkum, Harrison Hot Springs.

Which one is right for you?

If you want to walk to dinner and pay less to get in, look north of the highway. Families after newer homes and schools usually land in Sardis. Views and quiet point up the hill, space and animals point to the rural edges, and lake life points to Cultus or Harrison.
